“The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!”

“Room was good, casino was good and food was good. GPS takes you to casino entrance and signs, etc were awful for getting you to hotel checkin entrance. Saw many people going in casino with suitcases only to come out again with suitcase and looking mad.”

“It was a quiet place to stay. The free breakfast was disappointing. Waffle, toast, 2 cereal choices to eat. Could add a few options to that menu. Nice place for the mo ey though and the staff were very nice.”

“We actually were moved to a sister hotel, Gardenwalk due to booking issues. Gardenwalk was a very nice hotel, clean. Construction was going on but did not affect us much. Upon check-in they put us in a room with a king-sized bed for 3 people. Upon request, we were moved to 2 double beds as originally booked. Very friendly front desk staff.”
