“The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!”

“The property and services were all excellent. This next item is only my exception. My room was very nice with one exception- bathtub shower neck loose. Just something to address to prevent more damage. ”

“Room was good, casino was good and food was good. GPS takes you to casino entrance and signs, etc were awful for getting you to hotel checkin entrance. Saw many people going in casino with suitcases only to come out again with suitcase and looking mad.”

“Friendly staff and lots of coffee shops and small restaurants within walking distance. Clean facility overlooking the river. "Free" breakfast good. ”

“Hotels.comのホテルの案内文では、空港送迎が利用できると記載されていたが、実際には、空港送迎サービスは提供されていなかった。ホテルの案内から、空港送迎サービスを削除しておいて欲しかった。また、部屋のドアの建付けが悪く、開け閉めの際にぎーぎーと音がするのが不快であった。ただし、この2点を除いては、非常に快適に過ごすことができた。”
