“Unimpressed by a hotel listed as five stars. We were struggling to bring in our luggages and the doorman didn’t bother to help hold the door open. Noticed the same with other guests upon check out. Either implement and automatic door system or have the doorman do his job. ”

“I liked the room, it was very clean and comfortable. Wallpaper starting to come off in the bathroom was noticeable. Tried early check-in and that was not favorable. People I spoke to just weren't sure and not very polite. Person who checked up in was fabulous, professional and very lovely. Enjoyed our stay and would do it again. Thank you.”

“This was truly a magnificent hotel. Upon entering the hotel you are immediately welcomed by a desirable fragrance in the air. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was fantastic and ample. The overall environment of the hotel was breathtaking with all the furnishings and decors. The views from the Top were gorgeous!”

“The was a great place to stay! We were looking for something to get away without kids and since this is kid free it was perfect. They were very accommodating to our requests. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. We are already planning our next trip staying here. We did not eat here but within a few minutes there are multiple places for breakfast etc. The hotel does have on site restaurants and they always seemed to be busy and people were saying how great the food was. ”
