Kathy's Place is clean and so very comfortable. We felt secure and cared for as guests. Austen communicates well and answered each question we had. Other amenities included a basket of local information and some nice personal care products. I mean, they even had a fresh sponge for the dishes and pods for the dishwasher.……

“This charming home accommodated 2 couples and 4 children ages 15, 13, 12, and 4 beautifully. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 3 upstairs. The bathrooms are located in the hall on both floors making them easily accessible to everyone. The backyard was our gathering spot at night to wind down. Also we loved that we could all sit around the table! If you have a little one you may consider bringing a gate for the steps. We were in town for the state fair and the location was perfect. We……

“This house is well-suited to a group of adults traveling together. Lots of space, well laid-out, with many of the bedrooms including an ensuite. We enjoyed the fridge (maybe a pointer to the freezer?).Very helpful instructions and communication for our trip allowed for easy coordination.”
