“The Check in process was very easy. Although they forgot to inform me about the incidentals hold on me cc. Very seldom do I ever see one when renting a hotel room. The room was clean for the most part. I had to clean the shower before using it. It had a lot of hair in it. The bathroom door look like it had seen battle with splatters of who knows what. So it had to be cleaned as well. ”
