“Check in was quick and efficient. Christian, the associate at the desk was courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and warm. The view of the frozen Lake Michigan from our room was amazing. The pool and hot tub were both clean and well maintained. The preorder box breakfast was delivered to our room on time and was fine with options for fresh fruit, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, boiled eggs, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel. ”
