I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
