“The hotel is in a great location with easy walks to the beach or old town. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and more spacious than we expected. Definitely would book this one again!”

“The location was excellent. Walking distance to old town and right by the river that has a beautiful walking path along it. Also easy walking distance to Bodegas Francos Españolas Winery. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. There is onsite parking - your car gets its own elevator and designated space. ”

But be frank, I felt being cheated by hotels.com I booked Junior Suit (which is more expensive) because I saw the photos provided by Hotels.com, and I was impressed by the wonderful view. However, hotel arranged me to a room with a window facing another room! I asked the staff and they said NO SUCH ROOM for Junior Suit What? then what's the point to book this room? I'd rather……
