“not the service for four star hotels: disappointed. 1. they cant found our reservation from the computer. (its ok. happened sometimes) but at least dont let us standing and waiting there with big package. and when another customer came after us. they helped them first. we just standing there and watching what they doing. when i asking for sitting in lobby to wait ( which is just near the reception). they still didnt notice its because we tired and waiting too long. just answered it will finish……

“酒店的位置超级好，打开窗能看见港口海边，又在老城区市中心，去机场也非常方便，门口走两分钟就有机场大巴。酒店有三个大游泳池，一个儿童游泳池，还有桑拿和热水浴，还有网球场和健身房。早餐也非常丰盛和精致。比同等价位的MELIA酒店好很多。不过作为五星酒店，大堂不够气派，房间还是不错的。”

“Un très bon accueil, nous avons mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel le rapport qualité prix est bien nous regrettons un peu que les plats n’est pas eu d’accompagnement il faut compter entre 40 et 50 € par personne.
