“We had a delightful stay and only wish we had more time there. The place was spotless and very welcoming. After the long drive up from Brooklyn, our granddaughters were delighted to find the front parlor filled with toys and games.With family in both Blue Hill and Little Deer Isle, the house was perfectly located. The only disappointment was that Bagaduce Lunch was closed while we were there. We'd heard great things about the food there.We look forward to staying at your place in the future!”

“I was surprised it was close to the road but Penobscot quiets down about 8pm so road noise was not an issue. It was a lovely house to stay in.Very comfortable. Easy to get from there to Castine, Blue Hill, Deer Isle. The walk down to the beach is lovely and the views across the Bay are always interesting as the tide comes in and out.”

“We had an excellent summer stay at Foxtrot! The kitchen was well furnished, the house was super clean, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The central location on the mid-coast of Maine made for some great day trips to Acadia National Park and Boothbay Botanical Gardens as well as dinner in Camden and Belfast. I would stay again if back in the area.”

“My wife, our 5 kids, and I stayed at Alex’s place in August 2024. What a wonderful stay. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of Mt. Battie from the back decks and a very short jaunt into Camden. We used the house as our landing spot to explore the region. The house was exactly as described. It was well stocked with all that we needed to make ourselves at home for the week. Alex is a great host - very responsive and provides very clear directions for check-in and check-out. His……

“Located on a 50 acre farm, next to the owners' wonderful old rambling house and barn. It was spotless when we arrived and the fridge was kindly stocked with eggs, butter, milk, OJ, cinnamon raisin bread and butter. The owners are artists and beautiful artwork graced the walls of all of the rooms. Perfect place to roam with our 2 dogs! The owners were extremely accommodating and and took care of any issues immediately.”
