“We stayed for 5 nights during our honeymoon. We loved the location, the inn, our room, and Stonington. The pictures of the views don’t even do it justice. Stonington is a friendly, quirky, working harbor town. It was quiet and relaxing, exactly what we wanted. The ladies working were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend. ”

“This is a spectacular property overlooking the tidal Benjamin River, seen through the huge windows in the livingroom as well as from a nice outdoor deck, patios and expansive lawn with Adirondack chairs. The beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and it was very convenient to get to Deer Isle, Blue Hill and all the other nearby towns. Highly recommended!”

“We were given an upgrade gratis to the upstairs, large, 2-bed, apartment. Totally equipped with lovely furniture, some antique, some very modern, high-end appliances, cookery and local pottery dish-ware. Modern/eclectic vibe within an old building. Thoughtful details everywhere from desk to gorgeous bath. Clean. Comfy beds. Lush towels. A little noisy due to being right on the street but the large back deck and sofa set are fabulous.”
