“Unique boutique hotel, loved the little courtyard. Looked like their bar and cafe were closed for renovations when we went which was a little disappointed. However, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely have this on our list when we return to Richmond.”

“This hotel is so beautifully done. A+ on decor and vibe. Absolutely loved it. Front of house staff seemed less than professional though. No greeting, no thanking you for choosing them, just handed you your key with your room number. Valet is not there to help you with your bags or to offer assistance. They solely park and retrieve your car and never speak to you at all. Gallery attendant seemed to be studying the whole time I was in there and never looked up from her book to greet nor say……

“Hotel is currently being renovated. Hotel room on the 4th floor was renovated and in pristine shape. Great stay in a good location. We have stayed here several time and is always a great place to stay. ”

“Housekeeping seemed short of staff. No hair dryer in room. Ice machine on my floor broken. Front desk very helpful. Shuttle service and drivers exceptional. Convenient to lovely James River riverfront activities if one can walk hilly terrain. ”

“A hotel with good health services”

“Loved the location and surroundings. Did not like the additional $10.00 daily "parking" charge. Bad surprise. I have never heard of such a charge for a hotel in a suburban location with large lots. When pricing the place, the additional "parking charge" seemed like a bait and switch. Not a good look in my opinion. ”
