“The stay very nice. The only thing we found odd was that we had placed the do not disturb placard outside our room and, what we think was the cleaning lady, opened the door. We were getting ready and heard a knock at the door and before we coukd get to the door, she used her card to open the door. She saw us and said "oh i thought you were gone." We thought it was weird considering the sign outside our door. We left the room shortly after, and took the sign off to have the room cleaned but when……

“Staff and services were great. It's in a busy area, congested on the weekend, but staff did very well at working with a lot of kids and families.”

“We stayed here after a trip to the Columbus Zoo for my daughter's birthday. My kids both loved this hotel. We loved the evening drinks and snacks the hotel offered. The drink attendant made my daughter a Shirley Temple with three cherries to celebrate her birthday. It made my daughter feel very special. I would definitely stay here again if I visited the area ”
