“The Lift is perfect. The interior is brand new and spotless, a great place for peace and quiet and getting some work done. The owners were immediately responsive when I had several questions. ”

“This one-bedroom attic apartment is cute and efficient. It was sufficient for my needs. Due to the age of the original home that houses four (4) residential units, it is a little loud in its mechanics, structure, and location. The people were friendly and helpful. It is closely located to the Crown Point Square which offers multiple shopping and gastro-pub options within the Historic Downtown area. The property manager was pleasant enough and prompt in his communications.”
