“ The unit is one of the apartments within the small complex. I could hear the people above us laughing and walking around. It was nice having a designated spot to park, but looking around the exterior, it needed a lot of attention. I don't know if it's just that way from winter or if it's always that way, but it didn't appear to be very well maintained with a lot of overgrowth evident. There is potential there for it to be really cute and blend in better with the nice homes that surrounded……

“Overall, we were happy with our stay. The coffeemaker is one that uses pods, there were no ice trays. Lock to apartment was fiddly. Could have used a draining tray for washed dishes. And the stairs smelled like pot a few times. It was great being downtown and able to walk to some great restaurants and coffee shops. Loved teh bluetooth stereo and being able to log into and be automatically logged out of streaming services on the tv.”

“A wonderful owner, clean and comfortable rental, well stocked kitchen and bathroom, and decorated in such a fun way. We love downtown Sandusky, and the location was great. We'll be back!”

Perfect location, a short walk to the waterfront, and a short drive to Cedar Point. Very quiet area. I was also very impressed by the communication from the hosts. “I enjoyed my stay. The room was in an apartment complex, which I hadn't totally understood when I made the booking. However, the staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. I enjoyed my time here, even though the garbage chute for the apartment caught fire and I was evacuated from my room at 2:30 AM through a smoke filed hallway. That event did not significantly impact my stay, and I would recommend the facility!”

“This was a great spot for the weekend while in town train watching. Everything was clean and modern and we had everything we needed. Check in/out was simple and Joshua was easy to communicate with. ”

“Good place, was clean. Minor issues. King mattress should probably be replaced, light switches for kitchen not working properly, bedroom light switches what do they control? Some dish towels or extra paper towels available for drying dishes. We were not dipleased just some suggestions ”

“Loved the design of the building and space. Very comfortable and quiet location. Parked right outside front door. Amenities were nice, we didn’t use any of the kitchen items but the coffee pot. Bring extra K cups for your coffee & your favorite cream. There is a little strip of restaurants a couple blocks away in two directions. Walking distance. ”

“This a short stay rental geared to fishing and hunting parties. Clean! Comfortable beds, has cleaning tables for fish, grills, fire pit, lots of outdoor seating and parking for boats. Very close to everything you need. Sleeps 6, tv, kitchen and air. We throughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“You're very well maintained Victorian 1870's property. The updated luxury studio suite that's upstairs is top notch. Definitely would recommend it to anybody who is looking to stay in Findlay ohio. The host is very knowledgeable and suggestions were definitely favorable. ”
