“The staff was incredibly friendly and willing to help as long as you could find them. When i arrived I couldnt find the front desk attendant who was in a back room and there was no sign or bell to ring to alert her of my presence. Another guest had been waiting for 10 minutes. Someone in the lobby, who had been visisting with others went and knocked on the office door when she realized we were waiting for help. It would be great to put some sort of call button out. Also, the wifi was down and……

“Good place to stay. Reception staff could be friendlier.”

“The room was very spacious and clean! A sign showed an ice maker on our floor but there was not one there.”
