“The room was spacious and clean, except for those unprofessional front desk staffs. The first male staff did not explain the deposit and vacation fee, and did not smile at all. Though I understand every hotel requires deposit and vacation fee, this is very unprofessional that he just directly record my credit card without a word. Also, there was another female staff very impatient who yelled at us to open the front door by key card, and never greet to us. I just want to say this is a fine hotel,……
