When we did have a question they responded right away. It was a beautiful place and the breakfast was very nice.”

“Great room! Super cozy space. Really liked my pillows. Newly remodeled bathroom with soaking tub, awesome shower. Grounds are pretty. Staff is very welcoming. They have a thoughtful enhancement package: flowers, wine, cheese board available. Great tea selection. Classic Victorian decor in the common areas. I was only here for one night, but it was relaxing and very enjoyable. ”

“I must say upon arrival a wonderful lady at the desk named Shaniqua was very pleasant and helpful I had a long travel and I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant personality it was really nice to have that experience. The room was perfect very clean and comfortable everything was in top condition even my freezer to keep my frosty from Wendy’s frozen which saved me for that late night sweet treat 😉 not to mention the free breakfast and coffee which also helped save me a couple bucks btw the coffee was……

“Checkin was pleasant and room was on 1st floor right next to parking, so easy unload and load. There is a family feel to the inner courtyard/parking, as some residents make use of their porch while children pet visiting dogs. This hotel was our choice rather than paying a fortune to stay in Cooperstown. A nearby Walmart and eateries were a plus in this small community. Beds were very comfortable, water pressure great.
