“This place is a hidden gem! The best bed I have had in Europe, with great linens and fantastic pillows! Walking distance to everything you need. Highly recommend! ”

“はじめてポーランド、クラクフにいきました。四つ星ということで探したのがこのホテルでした。部屋も清潔で、ひろくて、スタッフも親切で、朝食もうまかったです。一点だけ、冷蔵庫がまったく冷えなかったです。故障ですかね？しかし、それ以外は、ほんとうにすばらしいホテルでした。クラクフにまた必ず行くので、そのときも、このホテルに泊まりたいです。そのときもどうぞよろしくお願いします。”

“新的這一棟房間裝修光亮採光很好、我選擇2張單人床的感覺床很小，可能是亞洲的單人床睡慣大的了、建議還是選擇大床舒服一點、服務很好跟他們要水都會送上來房間！樓下的spa也挺不錯的有空的話可以去享受一下！游泳池是室內的不大，記得帶泳衣過來享受喔！早餐也可以接受，當然沒亞洲酒店這麼豐富這房間唯一缺點便是洗澡時水會流出地面、而地面卻沒有排水孔導致洗完澡後地面宛如淹水一樣需要用很多毛巾去擦拭吸水！水會沿著浴缸邊緣流到地面，由於地板是大理石所以擔心會滑倒！不建議老人入住”

“the hotel is located in a historical building which is close to old town, takes about 10 mins to get there. room is nice and clean, though the single roome could be a bit more spacious. breakfast is abundant. overall it was a very pleasant stay. BTW, staff have been really helpful for the tour and bus information!”
