“The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at.”

“The property was exactly as described, 2 bedroom apartment, sleeps up to 6 people in total. Very spacious & light. 50” TV with Netflix, free internet, large bathroom with bath, shower toilet & washing machine, additional separate toilet room. Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave & crockery. Plenty of hanging space for clothing, iron, ironing board & clothes airer. In a good location, only 15 minutes walk to main market square, 30 minutes walk to Wawel Royal Castle……

“The hotel is not very suitable for the guests need to do laundry as they only have wash machine and no dryer. Also, the heater is broken too, and the reception only works from 8AM to 10PM, the location is also far to city centre, I would strongly recommend to pay a bit higher in krakow to experience this amazing city. This hotel is definitely dirty too, I slept on their sofa and got bite too. There are lots of hotels in Krakow, and this hotel is definitely the one you should be avoided to have a……
