“The location and cleanliness were excellent. The buffet always had fabulous options, and the staff in the restaurant were amazing. The gym is excellent. However, the heaviest DB is 25kg. Rooms were modern yet comfortable and large. The front desk staff were friendly. The published policies are not inclusive. New rules are created depending on who is working. For example, there isn’t any music around most of the resort. It’s very quiet. The policy says you can play music if it doesn’t……

“Beach is great, and food has a good taste. A challenge for us is that we were assigned in Tonina Building which unfortunately it is quite outdated and in high need of renovation. Other not so good surprise is that, even though the option of All Inclusive is chosen, the hotel adds extra charge for using the gym. ”

“I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family, but I’d also mention the pros and cons we had during our stay. One downside was that when we arrived, we didn’t know that the main pool was under construction. A lot of people we talked to were also unaware. The Michael Jackson show wasn’t really kid-friendly, even though they kept telling us it was family-oriented. The daily activities were all over the place and hard to keep up with because we weren’t told where they were. On the……
