“The property is great. The areas to improve are primarily the kids club (paperwork was tedious and i filled out the same form 4 times and the staff was not good and english seemed like a challenge for them). The Italian restaurant's service was also very poor compared to Frida. The aztec show could use someone who explains whats going on like the top Hawaiian laui's (so many people walked out).”

“We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation.”
