“i live in falmouth but often come to the vineyard to see friends and get “away”, discovered this hotel and stayed for one night! the location is unbeatable. it is a bit tucked away which i liked but also in the middle of everything. the door codes were very convenient and modern. i didn’t mind that there wasn’t a desk person on site per say; common of boutique hotels! it was the weekend of july 4th so i knew the area would be insane, although my only gripe was that from midnight to 3am there was……

Owners are so lovely and make sure you have everything you need for adventures .. water , maps, umbrellas, beach chairs, recommendations, luggage storage .. even beach towels and phone chargers! Can’t wait to come back next year to our cottage room with a gorgeous ocean balcony !”
