“We checked in for one night before getting on a cruise the next morning. The owners were extremely friendly and once we got there, I had a had a question about using the door lock and received a call back in less than 1 minute of sending email. Also, Im a disabled veteran and had 3 spine fusions. I sent an email before booking asking if we could pay extra to extend our checkout time a few extra hours, since the pain in mornings is so bad. I was very pleased when I was told my checkout time was……

“The stay was great. The host was nice, a little hiccup with the check in process but the host fixed it for us. Host worked with us to accommodate for late check out. Would gladly stay again ”

“We had everything we needed for a one-night stay. The check-in process was a breeze. There wasn’t a lengthy list of cleaning expectations at the end. It has the feel of an older building, and I think the floors could use a good cleaning. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of towels, and the kitchen felt clean. Overall, a pleasant stay. ”

“This condo was all we needed for our trip. We had a family wedding to attend in New Smyrna. We had 2 adult children with us and had plenty of space. I love the decorations in the condo-very beach-y! The location was convenient to many nearby spots.”
