“This charming apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. It is a very short walk to the Green CTA train station. It was a quick 25-30 minute train ride to downtown Chicago. The CTA ticket was 5 dollars a day and lets you ride all the trains and buses. There is a wonderful breakfast spot across from the train station. It is a quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. Moe was very quick to answer any questions. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. ”

“Dwayne communication to us was excellent. We also arrived early he let me in. The house is very beautiful, we feel so at home. I hope I was able to take pictures of the house but we got so busy studying. All the condiments for cooking is there you don’t have to worry about it. The house is really clean and smells good. He has real plants and that was so cute and really homey for us. The downside is the stairs, just narrow it might be hard to some people who has disabilities but it has a handrail……

“We enjoyed a lovely long weekend in Oak Park. The house felt very much like a home. Beautiful space on a lovely street. My son enjoyed playing the Baby Grand Piano, which the owners thoughtfully tuned in advance of our arrival. We have been to two of the owners' apartments on this street - both were lovely!”

“Our stay was great! The house was very clean and comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to send us an item we left behind after checkout! Communication was excellent and very quick if we had a question. We loved having the garage access so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Overall, we would definitely recommend this rental and would rent again in the future. ”

“ The location was excellent and very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, which we really appreciated. The soundproofing could be improved, as traffic noise and the AC unit sometimes disturbed our sleep. Check-in was a bit challenging since we arrived later than planned and had to wait about 20 minutes for a response by email, but once resolved, everything went smoothly. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement. ”

“The location was fantastic. We were just a couple blocks from the Green and Pink line on Clinton. There was a code to get into the building so it felt safe. The code to the door was great because there was no key to worry about since I had to work and my hubby was in and out of the apartment all day. There were a couple small things, the bed squeaks a lot. Also, it is very clear in the listing that the train is close. It is about 30ft straight out from the window. I'm not a light sleeper so I……
