“The location is very convenient—just a 15-minute walk from Boystown and 6 minutes from some great breakfast spots. One mattress should be replaced, as it is quite worn. Everything else was fine. I'm not a big fan of noisy window AC units, especially since I’m a light sleeper; even with earplugs, the noise was still bothersome. The lockbox for the key is a bit tricky—I imagine others might find it difficult to open as well. Overall, the place was more affordable than other options, so I’d give……

“Our stay was great, the apartment was close to the bus line and the train. The beds were very comfortable and it was a good size for our family. It was nice to have the off street parking in the back although the rear entrance was a bit disheveled. The building was secure but not entirely sound proof, but that is expected in a basement appartment. I would stay here again on a trip to Chicago. ”

“This apartment was fantastic. It was clean, quite except for the ambulances which is expected in the city. The location is great. We walked to everything except the Griffin Museum and Shess Aquarium which was just a short ride away..Had a great time with our 2 college kids. Charlie was a great host and was quick to respond when we had a question. They only thing that would make this place even better is a L-shape couch so that everyone has a comfortable place to sit after a day of walking.”
