“Hotel was impeccable, the location is great but a lot of homeless people laying around. Also, the noise in intolerable, cars with loud or no mufflers cruise up and down Douglas every night it does not matter if it is a weekend or a week day, and all night until 2, 3am, especially in the summer. Wichita downtown has deteriorated big time. so sad. Downtown used to be so clean and safe.”
“Gentleman behind the counter was great. Easy check in. I understand everything is under construction. But that info is not put out until you’re there to check in and reservation is not refundable. Shower in room wasn’t working. He come down, got it to work a little bit but as soon as he left it quit again. But it’s a place to park and rest for a night. ”
