“Very friendly polite staff and all really helpful and professional at all times. Our room was kept spotlessly clean throughout our three night stay, and everything we needed for an excellent breakfast each morning was available . We would definitely stay here again if we visit Cardiff in the future . Well done to all and many thanks again for making our stay really enjoyable. ”

“Really great staff. The room was spacious and some nice touches. Air con would have been good but the fan in room was welcome. Was expecting a bit of noise but didn't notice anything. Breakfast was tasty but was unsure what was/not included. Great location for stadium which is why we stayed there. Would go again for sure.”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”
