“I like the old Florida look to this venue. Also, the suite we stayed was clean, and modernized. However, the mini-split in the bedroom was not working. I told the woman at the front desk about it the first day of our stay. Nothing was done to get it fixed. In fact, because of this we cut our stay short. Additionally, parking is difficult. There are not enough parking slots at the villas. If they are all taken, you have to park on the other side of Ocean Drive, which is very busy to cross. The……

“Liked the people, location, pools and staff. Didn't like the price and dated uncomfortable furniture. Love everything but that.”

“It has excellent ocean view from the bedroom and the balcony. The best thing is as the ocean view rooms are facing East, you can sit in the balcony starting 11 AM all the way thro dark. Excellent view. Quite area, and has some good dining options in walkable distance. Staff were very nice. Overall we loved our 5 days stay.”

“Room was very nice. Nice theme as far as garden area but needs to be cleaned up a bit. Property needs some TLC but overall was decent. Staff was very accommodating. ”

“While this property isn’t large or new it is well maintained and very clean. It’s literally right across the street from the Hollywood Beach with a boardwalk and tons of shopping and food options. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. This was a very good value for the price. If you’re on a budget I would recommend this property.”
