“This property is updated and well-kept! It's in the perfect location to the beach and downtown Delray and has all the amenities you will need! An added bonus were the front and back porches! We will definitely stay here again! ”

One block from everything happening on Atlantic Ave, yet felt nicely separated from all that activity.One thing that could be an issue for some people is it's right across the street from the railroad tracks. Not so bad for the light rail trains, but larger freight trains are louder...I still slept pretty well, but could be an issue for lighter sleepers. Oh, and having stayed in the larger front room, the bed/mattress was very comfortable. Didn't hear any……

“Love the layout of this house. We had 6 adults staying here and never felt crowded. The kitchen is really big with top of the line appliances and a coffee maker with a wide range of coffees to choose from. But we spent most of time on the covered patio. The best part of this house is the location. You can walk to EVERYTHING!! Can’t wait for the next trip!”

“The little cottage was comfortable for one person and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well every night. The pictures are not up to date as the vegetation around the cottage is much more overgrown than shows in the picture. Having to manually open and close the large gate was a little annoying but did make it more private. There were a couple of minor issues in the beginning but the host responded immediately and everything was resolved. All in all I had a wonderful stay and……

“Check-in was flawless. Room was clean and ready. Private parking and personal entry to the unit was nice. Great outdoor seating area. There is no bathroom sink, but a small kitchen sink outside the BR. Limited kitchen appliances, no stove, there's a small refrigerator and a microwave. Nice shower. Shower only has warm water, kitchen tap has hot water. Fast internet and great A/C. Location is amazing. 2 min. walk to beach. Minutes to restaurants and stores. LBTS is one of my favorite places to be……

“Really love the house backyard was amazing relaxing in the gazebo at night was awesome along with morning coffee. The kitchen was big well stocked 2 fridges made it very nice during the storm. The host accommodated our family beautifully and it wasitwas was very easy to contact”

“This rental had all we needed. It was close to the beach, fully supplied, lots of towels, so clean with personalized touches that made you feel at home, and beach chairs. In addition, it was so close to the beach that we just would come back for lunch or snacks. It's close to restaurants, shops, coffee, and ice cream. We love our stay!”
