“Due to our train delay of 8 hours, we checked in at 12:30 am. The room washbasin is dirty and the toilet is not clean, there are paper towels in the toilet. So I went to the front desk and was required to change to another room. I need to package again and move to the third floor. The room is too small and doesn’t have a microwave and refrigerator. It’s not worth $100 at all. But the location is good, near to Jack London Square Amtrak station.”

“I picked the hotel for its convenient location to the train station and the ferry. The hotel itself is just ok - many outlets didn't work in the room, and there was no AC, making the room a bit stuffy. Breakfast was very basic. The WiFi worked well. However, given the reasonable price, I'd stay here again.”
