“Dear [BW] Team, I stayed at your hotel on May 12, 2025, with a reservation made through HOTELS.COM. At the time of booking, I used one credit card, but a different card was used at check-in. As a result, I have been charged twice for the same stay. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue. My credit card company has already billed me for both charges. “Quick trip to GA and excellent place to stay, way better than a hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the great room and all the books and activities. ”

“There aren’t a lot of choices in this area. This motel is horribly run down and old. The driveway is hideous so it seems sketchy as you drive up. The room was clean and surprisingly the shampoo was decent. Breakfast was included and was adequate with some toast and bagels, some danishes, cereal, packets of oatmeal/gritz, small yogurt cups, apples, juices and coffee.”

“There is a burnt hole n the bed spread and it kinda smells like cigarettes n here. My son nor I do not smoke ”

“Room was nice, but was comfortable. They have a cross between a hot and a continental breakfast.... Overall, it was a very nice stay.”
