“Here is some info for people who want to bring boat. We rented this property for guys weekend. I don't live too far away so I brought a boat. Several of the local ramps are currently closed. The closest open ramp was Old Federal. It's 15-20 minutes from the dock by road and about the same by boat running around 20 MPH. The water at the dock is shallow but I didn't have any issues with my 25' deck boat. Parking the trailer at the house wasn't easy. We ended up backing the trailer into a……

“We had a great time here! The house was clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, smart TV in living room and upstairs where our teen slept. He loved having the whole top floor to himself. The bathrooms were large and had plenty of hot water. The outside was our favorite part. We loved playing in the creek. “Hampton Hill Estate was a spectacular place for our family reunion! It was beautiful everywhere we turned and it was very well appointed and equipped to house our group of 22. The pictures simply do not do it justice. Just gorgeous! The beds are comfortable. There were plenty of dishes to cook and to serve everyone. The yellow carriage house was too far to walk to sleep in and much older than the main house or garage apartment, but it was perfect for the young adults of our group to drive up to……
