“I am very particular about where I lay my head down and I had no negatives about this property. It is very clean and all linen and towels are white. The neighborhood is so quiet and in an area where you can take after dinner walks due to very low traffic. The house has everything that you need. 10 out of 10, I recommend and plan on recommending it to friends and family that need to visit the area. ”

“Was intimidated, at first, by the isolation. It was just myself and one other lady. Got used to it and a couple days in, we realized there was another property not too far away. Also, a little uncomfortable around the outdoor sitting area with the drop off so closed to the cemented area. All in all, we found the property comfortable, clean, well kept, and well stocked. Everything we needed was there to be used. ”

“This property was located close to family. The house is neat, clean and well stocked with paper products, coffee fixings, and games. The only suggestion I have is to add shades or blinds to the windows, especially in the bedrooms. ”

“This is a very pretty home that has a slight view of a cove on Lake Lanier. Well stocked and clean. 4 very good size bedrooms. There is a ton of steps to get from the main floor to the lower balcony and then more to the game room. Then another long run to the dock. They want you to observe quiet time at 10 since it’s in an existing neighborhood with close neighbors. Didn’t remember seeing that when booking. Overall it’s great for a family get away. Not a friends weekend out. No complaints. Just……

“Our family had the best weekend at this house! Everything was fresh and clean, the view of the lake through the trees is magical, and the dock and location on Lake Lanier are ideal. We have rented many properties through VRBO and Colby is one the best hosts we have had. He responded immediately to our questions and was extremely generous. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again!”

“The stay was nice. Sam and Luann are great host. Though the Vrbo is under where they lice, we didn't notice them at all. Unless you see the truck in the drive way you don't know they're home. The pool and sauna are awesome. And even though we were by the lake, there were no bugs even in the yard. ”
