“Thank you for allowing us an amazing stay! Berties Nest was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.The views of the mountain were absolutely beautiful. We loved watching the sunrise over the trees in the morning along with a family of deer who visited occasionally. The peaceful tranquility of the Arkansas mountains is something my family enjoys every year and this place did not disappoint. Parthenon is where my grandfather was born and raised so to pass by the little old general store……

“The three Goetz siblings and their extended family of 18 total slept comfortably at the Perch! Beautiful view of Horseshoe Canyon! Near to the Buffalo River and Lost Valley Trail plus others. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our family meals. Spacious dining tables for eating and games! Outdoor fire pit was lovely! Very clean and well kept facility. Would highly recommend! Communication with the host was quick and easy!”

“Love old homes. The stay was perfect. The property could use some cleaning up. Outsde needs paint and old lumber needs to be removed. ”
