“The pool sold me on this property—it was fantastic! We had some issues with the AC. It was perfect on the side with the main bedroom but extremely hot on the other side of the house. The glass doors on the Florida room were in full sun all day, heating up the house. We had to shuttle everyone to and from the beach. It was a 10-12 minute walk and was just too hot to walk hauling beach errands. Overall I really enjoyed it. It would have been helpful to have had a book of instructions listing……
