“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. “This property was in a good location, and it was within walking distance to Centennial Park, the aquarium, and the Mercedes Benz Stadium. There’s a public parking garage right by the hotel or you can do valet. It’s about the same price wise. There were a few homeless people around the hotel, but there also always police around. We were on a high floor, so we never heard any noise outside. The rooms were clean! ”
