“I truly enjoyed my three nights stay at The Gothic House. It is lovely and dainty, clean with comfortable bed/pillows. Unlike one review I read, I did not experience any in-shower hot water issues after I inquired about it. ”

“I've stayed here on a number of occasions over the last decade and a bit. I've always found it to be friendly, with good beer and good food. My only reservations are that in colder months, the chalets can be a bit on the cool side despite having heaters. However, on this occasion, I was in one of the newer rooms and the bathroom was nice and warm in the morning and best of all contained a walk-in shower stall, far better than clambering over a bath tub! The pub itself has remained a decent……
