“This old house was so charming and I loved the stairs. Definitely tricky for folks with mobility issues and a little harder for us after a day of walking LOL but it was part of the charm. The location could not have been more perfect. SERIOUSLY. Close to the action and the farthest we walked was 31 minutes to the Magic Garden Museum. Felt very safe. “Upon arriving the unit was very hot, after a quick inspection it was realized that the condenser line to the HVAC system was frosted up with ice, I reached out to the property manager (which seemed to consistently be an automated response) and was told property management addresses orders as they are received and that it could be 24 hours. “This home is definitely located in a lovely setting and side street. Unfortunately, the home exterior is not welcoming. The window boxes had dead stems from last years flowers and the steps should have a railing for easier entrance.The interior was not quite as bright as depicted on the pictures. Also, the two "sofa beds" were not pull outs or either we just could not figure it out. The couch on the third floor was dirty and had a hole in the upholstery. ”
