“ Cheryl,on reception was bland unfriendly. I asked her if we had appropriate room for our booking. Couldn't have cared less. No promised prosecco. Room smelled of mildew, and a couple of plugs didn't work. Sound of knocking most of the night. By this time we had unpacked. Went to reception the following morning, Mike was amazing,listened to us, and gave us another room with a beautiful ocean view.
