Upon our arrival, we were dismayed to discover that the bedsheet in our room was visibly soiled with black marks, leaving us with serious doubts about its cleanliness and whether it was even new. “What a lovely clean hotel. Located perfectly in Luton next to St George's Square. With Luton point shopping centre right around the corner. There is also ten pin bowling and a cinema for the kids or adults. Breakfast was lovely. Luton Airport is less than ten minutes drive. The staff were amazing. I would definitely stay there again..”
