“Overall a good experience. Bathroom and towels were cleanish, but I found a hair here and there. Also there is something with the air quality. Maybe it's too dry or something, but it was uncomfortable. There is a trend in recent years to not allow any window openings in hotels. That's awful and causes sharp drop in air quality inside , but in this case it was a bit worse than in other hotels we visited.”

“Front desk was very accommodating to let us check in earlier. Upset they closed the pool before closing time on Sunday. ”

“Check-in was fast and easy. The front desk was very good at giving information about the hotel and what it had to offer also making sure that we knew when breakfast was being served. I enjoyed my stay there and I would go there again 😀”

“Nice staff , clean ,quiet , cozy room . If you would like to find a budget and clean hotel, this is definitely good choice for you staying near Matthews and Charlotte. Walking distance to food court in front of hotel. It need some improvements about the breakfast. Less choice, low guality of food and fruit, even sometimes, the basic coffee serve not hot and hot water is temperature water. Over all , besides breakfast and lacking of fitness center, it is worthy for what you pay for it. ”

“Our bathroom needs a new skid flooring. Ours was too thin, and a fall could easily happen.”

“地理位置特别偏，我打车过去花了近100$，早知道那么偏绝对不去。破空调特别响，关了又自动开！破冰箱也特别响！吵死了！窗帘就两边一点点，合不到中间，外面看房间一览无余！屋里没顶灯，黑！”

“原本訂了24/10-30/10/19, 但因為轉機問題遲了一天於25/10晚才到達酒店，到達後酒店員工(黑人)稱已經取消我booking, 亦都跟我說會聯絡Hotels.com ,叫我回香港後再打電話給Hotels.com 確認取消退款就可以！該酒店員工表示如果當晚要住的話要再付款，最後住了三天付了三晩住宿費用！但回港後聯絡Hotel.com ，Hotel.com說沒有辦法可以取回之前已付的款項，致電到Hotel.com亦不斷跟酒店雙方推卸責任不肯退款！”
