“Nice staff , clean ,quiet , cozy room . If you would like to find a budget and clean hotel, this is definitely good choice for you staying near Matthews and Charlotte. Walking distance to food court in front of hotel. It need some improvements about the breakfast. Less choice, low guality of food and fruit, even sometimes, the basic coffee serve not hot and hot water is temperature water. Over all , besides breakfast and lacking of fitness center, it is worthy for what you pay for it. ”

“The room was spacious and clean. The TV could be bigger and newer but overall the room was great and affordable. Check in was easy and I asked the lady at the desk where the nearest grocery store is and she politely directed me. She was very sweet. ”

“原本訂了24/10-30/10/19, 但因為轉機問題遲了一天於25/10晚才到達酒店，到達後酒店員工(黑人)稱已經取消我booking, 亦都跟我說會聯絡Hotels.com ,叫我回香港後再打電話給Hotels.com 確認取消退款就可以！該酒店員工表示如果當晚要住的話要再付款，最後住了三天付了三晩住宿費用！但回港後聯絡Hotel.com ，Hotel.com說沒有辦法可以取回之前已付的款項，致電到Hotel.com亦不斷跟酒店雙方推卸責任不肯退款！”
