“No complaints at all, friendly staff, clean rooms, typical hotel breakfast. A couple decent restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle was convenient to and from the airport/orange line to get downtown”

“The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. They checked you in by telling you to “fill out this paper”,……
