“A simple, clean studio with many of the amenities available during our one week stay. Hilo was only 20 min. away, so the location was not a challenge. With only a need of a place to sleep and shower, this unit was perfectly adequate for us in comfort, value and cost. We didn’t know our studio was in a complex with multiple connecting units in a 3-story building. Typical of Hawaiʻi homes, the walls are not double sided so you’ll hear the sounds through the walls and floors (or ceiling). We missed……

“We absolutely loved this house. My sister and I traveled with our significant others along with our dad. We had three wonderful bedrooms to ourselves that were clean with windows and fans for cooler air in the evenings! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools and the outdoor kitchen is great for cooking during the heat of the day! The location is a little out of the way of beaches, but the drive is so worth it. The location was great for our day visit to the volcano park as well.”

“Beautiful property with lots of fruit trees, natural scenery, sounds of peace and quiet. Hostess is amazing and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. Loved the outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower. If you’re near Hilo - stay here!”

“8 of us stayed at this wonderful property (5 adults and 3 kids under 10). It was just perfect. The house is extremely comfortable and everyone had their own space. We loved the location as for us we wanted to explore Volcano National Park and much of the east side of the island. We did go to Kona for a day which was easily accessible as well. Hilo is awesome and so is this house!”

“Probably the most beautiful place I've ever stayed - but not the most expensive, by any means. Directly on the ocean. You can sit on the lanai and feel the spray on your face. The house itself is quite beautiful. If you want a place to stay on the Big Island that you won't want to leave, even to go to dinner - this is it. And at a reasonable price. Couldn't be happier.”
