“Great location, service and staff! ”

“Once inside the property was very nice! The walk to is a little sketchy since it’s in an alley like street. But it is clearly one of the nicer building along the block. The room we stayed in was very humid but I wouldn’t blame since it was so close to the water. Otherwise the room is pretty standard and has all the amenities you need”

“Staff was very kind, flexible, and accomodating. Made fresh breakfast for us in the morning despite us traveling at 6 AM, had the room ready for us when we came prior to checkin time, and upgraded our room for free. Really this is a hotel that goes out of their way may God bless the staff of this hotel for the kindness they showed my family and I.”

“We chose this place to be close to Pompei and Vesuvius, and avoid having to pay for parking elsewhere. Parking space available but quite tight. Helpful welcome on arrival. Location was just 10 mins walk from entrance to Pompei site entrance. Kitchen had enough equipment for our stay and washing machine very useful. Air con was appreciated but didn't reach 2nd bedroom completely so still a bit warm there. It's right next to motorway - no noise issue but take care as can be reached by a couple of……

“It was convenient and safe to have off street parking. However, we needed to pick up the key from another location. Traffic is very busy and roads are very narrow, so we walked to get the key (about 15min). We were advised at that point that the complimentary breakfast was at this location, and not at our accomodation. Also, when we walked back to our room, we were missing a bed. Nice place, but other guests were also very put out by the off location key pickup. One poor older gentleman got……

“A very friendly hotel, with staff who did everything they could to help us, despite the language barrier. It is comfortable, if old fashioned in decor, which we liked. We had expected to be able to get breakfast and a beer or a glass of wine at night, neither of which was available, though you can get non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks and snacks from vending machines in the foyer. The area is basically industrial but is convenient for the Pompeii ruins, which are just a 20 minute walk away.”
