“We stayed here for a trip to Disneyland with our family of 8. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, location was close to the parks, kitchen was great for making breakfast in the morning before getting on our way! House was very nice and clean, neighborhood was quiet and cute and everyone had a great time! Would absolutely stay here again.”

“We love this place and have stayed here many times, it's close enough to Disney but far enough from the congestion. The spa and waterfall are a favorite, and this time we used the BBQ and stove more than previous trips. It's not far to the grocery store. A wonderful place to make memories with the family, and the caretaker is very responsive.”

“This was a good place to crash after some long days at Disneyland. It wasn’t much of a hang out place but we didn’t need that. Unfortunately, the beds weren’t very comfortable and squeaked all night long. We didn’t use the pool, too cold. But again, was a great place to just crash because we appreciated the price tag after paying for Disney. ”

“We had a great time staying in this home during our recent Disney trip. We had 6 adults, a teen and a toddler and plenty of room. The walk to the park is a bit far (1.8 miles) each way but we had a car to utilize. The walk is doable but adds to all the steps you get running around the parks. Loved the backyard and patio area. My husband loved relaxing in the hot tub after the long days in the park. All the baby/toddler items such as highchair, stroller, crib were much appreciated! We would……

As others have said the water pressure in the showers is very strong. There are plenty of spices and extra items to cook with as well.I would not hesitate to stay in this property again!”

“Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!”

“First of all you have a beautiful home!! The neighborhood was very quiet!! It fit our family perfectly!! We loved the pool & hot tub that is where we spent most of our time when we weren’t gone to Disneyland!! It could have had a rack to put our dishes on to dry! Also a keurig coffee maker is faster & easier than a drip coffee maker! There was a slight ant problem in the back yard but when we called Jeff he right away made plans to correct it!!
