“Väldigt smidigt att bo när man ska till Universal Studios. Nära att gå, expresspass ingår både den dagen man ska checka in och fram till och med dagen man checkar ut. Fint poolområde! Frukosten och parkeringen var dyrt men inte oväntat. ”

“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without……
