I had to seek and find treats for her like the activity book and fish food. Ignored my late check in and Lost my food credit. Dining Breakfast was disappointing along with the service. The pool service and food was the best and room service was great. ”

“Mountain View room we booked was not ready at check-in and had to wait almost two hours before room was ready. Happy hour was two free drinks after that you paid full rate. Happy hour snacks were pretzel and peanut type, nothing fancy. Breakfast was very good, cooked to order and small continental buffet. Hotel location is great, near very nice restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again as long as the room rate was competitive. ”

“Hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok. Bed was super comfortable. The AC in the room was impossible to change. When I reported this, the desk clerk was very condescending and used a tone that was very unprofessional. I am quite tech savvy, and I think I can select a temperature on 99.9% of hotel units. If this one is so complicated that “this man” (which is what I was called) can’t operate it, then it should be changed…or better yet, provide directions. So our AC cooled to 66-degrees for 24/7. ”

“This was unfortunately a mixed bag, the property was beautiful, the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. For some reason they ran out of guest towels for the pools and didnt restock them for about an hour and a half, our room bathroom had a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom sink drains whenever we used the sinks, and the property was undergoing walkway renovations during our stay which made getting to and from the parking lots and other areas on property a bit of a pain.……
