“I grew up here. Always a gem to be in the foothills. This trip staff was not up to par. Reception desk ignore that I had a young child with me. But took care of the pet. I had to seek and find treats for her like the activity book and fish food. Ignored my late check in and Lost my food credit. Dining Breakfast was disappointing along with the service. The pool service and food was the best and room service was great. ”

“Wonderful hotel -- felt new, clean, updated and a really nice vibe with interesting decor, lovely pool, outdoor firepits and indoor gathering places. Also in a great location near lots of restaurants and shops without being right in the middle of the city.”

“Hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok. Bed was super comfortable. The AC in the room was impossible to change. When I reported this, the desk clerk was very condescending and used a tone that was very unprofessional. I am quite tech savvy, and I think I can select a temperature on 99.9% of hotel units. If this one is so complicated that “this man” (which is what I was called) can’t operate it, then it should be changed…or better yet, provide directions. So our AC cooled to 66-degrees for 24/7. ”
