You receive a code to open the security gate, front door and room door. The beds were very comfortable. Every aspect of the building is clean and we'll maintained. “They have great reception team! Super big smile! I don’t really like the waiter, he kinda of weird but it’s ok. I like the housekeeping as they tidy near! He is super hardworking but they don’t change your sheet at all though but it’s okay. As long I self change my pillow case daily is fine . “Housekeeping everyday, thank you so much for the cleaning, especially I always mess my room. Staff is all really friendly: explained how to use the coffee machine at the 1st morning; helped me to dispose that damaged suitcase. Tram and Bus stops are directly situated in front of / next to the hotel, no need to worry about getting to the centre. Only downside: I stayed in the Single Room. My 31 inch suitcase is impossible to place on the floor. But, to be honest, the room size is acceptable……
