“1. 下午三點到旅館要checkin，結果一大堆人都還在等房間，完全沒辦法進入房間休息，大廳裡面一大堆人等了一個多小時還沒有辦法進房間。 2. 櫃台的人員完全沒有幫上忙 3. 房間裡面浴室前的地板第一大塊凹陷 4. 沐浴乳，洗髮精的瓶子壞了，根本壓不出東西”

“They didn't change the bedsheet! When we arrived the room, we found out there were some makeup dirties (the girls make foundation and lip balm) on the bedsheet, we called the reception but been told that room service is closed. Second day, after the cleaning, we found the bedsheet was still the same one... But the reception is very friendly and made us feel great. Hope they will improve the cleaning.”

“The hotel is new and clean. I love the modern design with features of Netherlands. The staff are also helpful and passionate. The hotel is close to the airport (10-30 mins by train). However, I find it a bit challenging to get from the hotel to the city center amid the cold rainy weather, especially with my kid. From the Sloterjsk station, it will take 30-45 mins to get to tourist spots like Van Gogh Museum / National Museum. As a result, you cannot go back to the hotel and take a short break……

“1. 欣賞酒店的執房員、整潔及有禮貌，並為顧客設想，我中間有一天沒有安排房間執拾，他們出了張memo 表示48小時後會入房檢查；翌日安排了清潔房間，fill up 了這兩天沒有補充的物品。 2. 欣賞酒店服務質素，我漏了件褲子在酒店，立即有電郵提醒我。 3. 酒店的服務有程序可循，而且盡量做到照顧顧客需要。 美中不足 1. 缺乏人情味道，我們帶了$200歐來，只是說不收，沒有詳細教導我們如何兌換。我們在附近超市及鐵路遇到同一問題時，對方的服務員好熱心解答。酒店前台略欠人性化。 2. 周圍的環境及房間仍有大麻味道，特別是窗簾。 4. 安排房間時安排了最低一層，太嘈吵，而且安排了在走廊必經的第一間房，出入皆見到，保安存疑，但貼心之處是在1樓房間前有道門需門卡才可以進入，而解決了同層所有人都可出入的保安漏洞。房間安排應該是一直以來最差的安排。”

“第一晚住的房间窗户小，一整晚都有严重噪音。第二晚职员帮忙换了房间，问题解决了。但第一晚情况太严重了，导致总体体验非常差。”

“很特別， 很潮的體驗， 雖然離車站有距離， 但搭輕軌即可到達。 WC is clean , even is public 。有自動販賣機， 可買很多食物和日常用品。 中央空調， 不能自行調溫。 有暖氣，可跟櫃台拿。棉被很厚。很保暖。 公共區有微波爐 ”
